Digital products are constantly evolving. New features, optimizations, stakeholder requests... The work is never finished. However, without a moment of reflection, goals and users can quickly be forgotten. This workshop changes that.

How does it work?

A strategic pitstop is a concise workshop where you critically assess the direction of your digital product with us. Are your goals still on point? Do your solutions meet the needs of users? Are you focusing on the right things? By aligning everything side by side—goals, KPIs, user insights, and functionality—you regain control and direction.

The Strategic Pit Stop is guided by an experienced UX strategist. Step by step, we walk you through and help you gain fresh insights, new connections, and ideas that immediately steer the future of your product.

Interesting for teams that:
Work on complex digital products, have just gone live with their product, are in the midst of further development, or have been active for years.

Target audience:
Product owners, UX teams, or multidisciplinary project teams.

Duration:
2 to 3 hours

Location:
At your own location or at Okapion in Rotterdam

Fun and educational to do

Sometimes, it's just nice to have someone take a look. Someone who asks questions you might be avoiding, connects dots you haven't seen in a while, and refreshes your mind. Our workshop offers such a moment. Not a heavy session, but a sharp perspective, honest feedback, and energy to spare. A chance to pause briefly so you can move forward again with focus, ideas, and enthusiasm to build.
