Together with our build partner Endgame, we designed a mobile and tablet version of BriqSafe for Legionella Dossier. BriqSafe is a smart platform for buildings focused on legionella prevention and water safety. It offers one central hub for risk assessments, management plans, reporting, compliance, and team collaboration. Field professionals can now work faster and more accurately—without needing a laptop.

Built for the desktop, requested in the field
BriqSafe was already a complete solution for legionella prevention, built for desktop use, but service providers and inspectors prefer working directly from the field. Our challenge was to make this highly comprehensive application suitable for mobile and tablet, without compromising on any of the existing features.

We designed an information architecture and navigation flow that makes all that complexity feel intuitive on a small screen, and instantly familiar to existing users.

The application is packed with smart features. For instance, using AI, you can generate a working floor plan from just a single photo of a sketch. Water points and installations are instantly placed in the right spots, linked directly to their compliance history. On-site QR scans also give inspectors immediate access to the full history of a specific object.
