What are the users experiencing? We gather input from research, support, and observations, and translate signals into clear needs.
What has been built? And does it contribute to the right objectives? We compare everything side by side to discover where it might fall short or perfectly align.
We are critically reviewing the current roadmap: does it still align with what we want to achieve? What deserves priority?
With everything organized, there's space to think ahead. What new ideas align with the goals and user needs? What deserves a place on the roadmap?
