The Approach
The design for AI sprint is brief and efficiently structured. It’s a set period in which we quickly and directly develop a concept visually. We made this choice deliberately to avoid getting bogged down in discussions about details and challenges. Those are for later. We will go through the following steps together:

Kick-off at Okapion
We invite you to a kick-off at Okapion, where we have a suitable space equipped with enough room and whiteboards for creativity and inspiration.

Developing concepts
We will get started with the input we have gathered and over the next few days, in very short iterations, we'll sketch out the ideas in a visual proposal that is easy to explain and open for discussion.

Presentation and Handover
At the end of the sprint, we present the concept to the entire team. It's not just about the result itself, but also the principles and decisions we made along the way. This way, everyone understands where the idea originates and what it can achieve. We deliver everything documented and online, making it easy to share within the organization and immediately evaluate with end users.
